Usage functions
The polymer preparer is a fully automatic machine for preparing powdered polyelectrolyte, allowing for the dissolution of polyelectrolyte powder to the desired concentration. It is primarily used in the flocculation phase of wastewater treatment plants and for conditioning sludge before dewatering.

Technical Features
It is constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel in a compact and rational manner, including dilution tanks, maturation, and storage, a powder dosing unit, a mixing unit, a solution dosing unit, and a control panel. In the three-tank version, the feed water to the mixing unit is ensured by a pressure switch-pressure reducer device, which provides a constant flow in case of pressures exceeding 3 BAR. If the inlet pressure drops below this value, it interrupts the flow of powder and water. The transition between the various internal sections of the station is automatically managed and controlled by a system of communicating vessels that stop or resume their function automatically when the desired level for each section is reached. It is equipped with an automated electrical control panel.
