Dynamic Sand Remover – Track Type

Usage Function

The dynamic sand remover of the track type is designed to extract the solid component that settles at the bottom of the tank. It appears as a vertically developed circular tank in which a vortex is generated by a rod with rotating blades. The circular motion pushes the sand towards the reactor walls, which then reach the bottom. The rod has an internal tube that sucks up the sand deposited at the bottom (hydro-pneumatic ejector). The extraction is enhanced by the injection of air from a supply pipe.



Technical Characteristics

The addition of an air supply pipe makes the extraction of sand from the reactor more efficient (the air jet pushes the settled sand into the extraction ejector). The extracted sands are loaded into a hopper and removed from the system.
